They ensure a better cut, 30% faster than other higher quality abrasives, and a long disc life in the most important phases of car repairs. The surface of the sanding disc integrates our PSG (Precision-Shaped Grain) technology. It consists of sharp, electrostatically oriented triangular granules. Each grain acts as an individual cutting tool, penetrating paint and body filler. The multi-hole design of our abrasive disc ensures excellent dust extraction, increasing cutting speed and disc life. The back of the sanding disc features our Hookit™ technology. The hook and loop system for work environments where adhesive discs can be damaged by dust, dirt or flying debris. Hookit™ Sanding Discs attach to a hook-and-loop backing pad (purchased separately), can be removed cleanly and easily, and reused many times over the life of the abrasive.
